El Gaucho®
A must for both locals and Seattle-area visitors, this flagship Mackay restaurant offers guests a dining event that is, in a word, extraordinary, and in two words, Simply Legendary. Renowned for its tableside preparations of Caesar salad, bananas foster, and 28-Day Dry-Aged Certified Angus Beef® Prime Steaks, and loved for its intimate ambience—complete with tiered seating and gorgeous, mink-lined booths—El Gaucho is retro-swank dining at its finest. Here, guests are dazzled by a delightful combination of beautifully orchestrated service and dishes that embody nothing less than perfection.
Waterfront Seafood Grill
Showcasing the dinner-as-theatre philosophy and signature Mackay hospitality, this ultimate waterfront dining experience offers visitors a vast array of deliciously imaginative fresh seafood creations and 28-Day Dry-Aged Certified Angus Beef® Prime Steaks in an alluringly airy atmosphere. Its thoughtful interior is accentuated by a spacious lounge and an expansive, 85-foot bar that glows from within, alternating between rich shades of blue to complement the colors of the restaurant. The hands-down highlights, however, are the walls of glass that reveal a magnificent panorama of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, Magnolia Bluff, and the Space Needle, and the expansive summer dining deck that hovers over the bay, both of which provide guests with spectacular views of sunsets and sailing regattas.
Troiani Ristorante Italiano Exemplifying international dining at its best, Troiani Ristorante Italiano marries the incomparable steaks of the U.S. with the wondrous flavors of Italy in a metro-chic setting, appropriately located in the bustling heart of downtown Seattle. Richly toned, wood-paneled walls, a stylish, leather-framed bar, and understated lighting create an elegant, relaxed environment that is enticing to both lunchtime and evening visitors alike. The menu showcases classic and modern takes on a variety of Italian dishes, and is heightened by appetizers and entrees seasoned with Italian accents that are unexpected, yet perfect.

Boasting an incredible variety of fresh-daily selections of fish, this gem is situated in the heart of Tacoma’s revitalized downtown, just steps away from theaters, museums, and the new convention and trade center. Its beautifully appointed interior is enhanced by a distinctive, circular bar that serves as the restaurant’s focal point.
